By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the n999 platform accessible at n999.lat (hereinafter "n999", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the n999 Privacy Policy and the n999 Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using n999. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and n999 regarding your use of the Platform, superseding all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.

Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active n999 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. n999 reserves the right to merge or permanently close duplicate accounts and void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of n999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. n999 does not provide legal advice. Pakistani users acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Pakistan may be subject to change and that they are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations at all times.

2.5 Excluded Persons. n999 employees, contractors, officers, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold n999 accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

3.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n999 username, password, and any two-step verification codes associated with your account. You agree not to share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Activity Under Your Account. All activity conducted through your n999 account — including all bets placed, all casino wagers made, and all withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you and is your legal and financial responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was actually conducted by you personally.

3.3 Unauthorised Access. 4.2 Minimum Deposit. The current minimum deposit on n999 is PKR 200. This minimum may be changed at n999's discretion with notice provided on the Platform.

4.3 Personal Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your n999 account are lawfully yours and are not proceeds of criminal activity of any kind. n999 reserves the right to carry out anti-money-laundering checks at any time, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. n999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours to the registered payment method on your account. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and may be delayed pending compliance review. n999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Return to Sender. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with n999 support. n999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with your registered n999 account.

5.1 General Rules. All bets and wagers placed on n999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, game, or event. Where these Terms conflict with specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or sport.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. n999 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet or wager at its absolute discretion, including where n999 reasonably suspects error, system fault, fraudulent activity, or suspicious betting patterns.

5.3 Odds and Prices. All cricket betting odds, casino game outcomes, and slot results on n999 are determined in real time by certified systems. n999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from incorrect or clearly erroneous odds that were manifestly misquoted. Bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds may be voided.

5.4 Cancellations and Abandonments. In the event of a sporting event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, n999 will settle bets in accordance with its published sports betting rules. For cricket matches affected by weather, n999's settlement rules align with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes where applicable.

5.5 System Faults. In the unlikely event of a technical fault affecting game outcomes or bet settlement, n999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant account balances. n999 accepts no liability for losses arising from system malfunction, internet interruption, or force majeure events.

6.1 Individual Terms. Each n999 bonus and promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates. These individual terms are published alongside each offer and must be read in full before claiming.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in an individual promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Using bonus funds on games excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward this requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. n999 strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic exploitation of offer structures, bonus hunting, and collusion. Where n999 determines that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, n999 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and permanently close the relevant account without notice.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. n999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Claims made before a promotion is withdrawn will be honoured subject to all applicable terms.

7.1 Commitment. n999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to help users manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible within your n999 account settings at all times.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to restrict their own access to n999 may apply for self-exclusion through their account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on n999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

(a) Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent;

(b) Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt n999 systems, servers, or networks, or engaging in any form of hacking, reverse engineering, or unauthorised data extraction;

(c) Colluding with other users to achieve unfair advantage on the Platform, including through chip dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting;

(d) Using any software, algorithm, bot, or automated system to interact with n999 in a manner inconsistent with normal human use;

(e) Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under applicable financial crime laws;

(f) Abusing n999 customer support staff through offensive, abusive, or threatening language, whether via live chat or any other communication channel.

n999 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void all balances, and disclose relevant information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

All content on the n999 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software code, text, game interfaces, and data — is owned by or licensed to n999 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any n999 content without the express prior written consent of n999. Any unauthorised use of n999 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

10.1 n999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n999 expressly disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 n999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if n999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 n999's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their n999 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude n999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11.1 n999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where n999 reasonably determines that the user has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons.

11.2 Upon account closure for breach of Terms, n999 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is determined to have occurred, balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to law enforcement.

11.3 You may close your n999 account at any time by contacting live chat support. Remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable time following identity verification.

n999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via on-Platform notification or email to the registered address. Your continued use of n999 following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of n999's service, you should first raise the matter with n999 customer support via live chat. n999 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter through the arbitration process described above.
